Keynote speaker Dr. Tiffani Tijerina, visiting lecturer at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), was previously an instructor at Kennesaw State University and Texas Tech University, as well as the program manager for Affordable Learning Georgia. Her recent dissertation research focused on OER creation, adoption and sustainability in the field of technical communication and rhetoric. Other speakers throughout the week hail from across the U.S. and will present on the different aspects of open in consideration of this year’s theme “Sustainable Growth.”
