Provided by the Student Counseling Center (SCC), the Mindfulness Group is a therapy group aimed for students who want to learn how to be more present and implement mindfulness practices into their lives.
Mindfulness is a well-researched and effective way to improve stress, sleep, focus, mood, over-thinking, and even manage physical pain. Every week, this group leads and processes mindfulness exercises with weekly check-ins. Group will occur every Wednesday 1:00- 2:20pm at the SCC.
