As
previously announced, TTU IT is working with TTUHSC IT and Microsoft on a major project to support TTUHSC using its own Microsoft 365 environment. The first step in this project is moving TTUHSC email to Exchange Online. To prepare for this step, TTUHSC users and lists must be removed from TTU’s Outlook address book starting
Monday, March 10, 2025.
TTU impacts starting March 10, 2025:
- TTUHSC users and lists will be removed from TTU’s Outlook address book and TTU distribution lists.
- New emails, replies, and meeting updates to @ttuhsc.edu addresses may bounce back with a non-delivery receipt message. If this happens, you’ll need to remove the recipient(s) from your message, delete the associated auto-complete entry from Outlook using the instructions below, and send your message again:
- Like Angelo State University (ASU) & Midwestern State University (MSU), messages from TTUHSC addresses will include TTU’s external email banner.
- Free/busy will still be available in Outlook for TTUHSC addresses.
