Any graduate student in a graduate program that focuses on counseling, mental health, or adolescent development may apply for this position.United Future Leaders is the youth leadership development program of the Center for Adolescent Resiliency. Our community-based program supports adolescents across the South Plains by partnering with local schools and youth-serving nonprofits.All applicants must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.
Applicants must be independent workers, have great time management skills, be coachable, and have a growth mindset.
- 1 year position
- 12 hours per week | 15-20 hours per week for special event support
- Some weekends
- Writing & Presenting skills
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Assist with creation of evidence-based resources supporting social and emotional learning, leadership skills, and resilience.
- Assist with implementing all-girls leadership camps (June)
- Assist with spring/fall UFL special events (i.e. leadership conference, team building days)
