Texas Tech Athletics Information Technology is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Student Assistant to support IT-related tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, directly assisting with the technological needs of our athletic programs. Essential Job Functions (include, but not limited to):
- Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to staff, coaches, and athletes, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and updating of computer systems, networks, and software applications used within the department.
- Data Management: Support the management and organization of digital records, including athlete performance data, schedules, and other relevant information.
- Optional Event Support: Provide IT support during athletic events.
- Comply with all NCAA, Big 12, and Texas Tech University regulations and policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
